Having had a successful
antiques visit to the West Country you will obviously need to ship your goods
home. Bristol International Airport (BIA) is well supported by an excellent choice of
cargo services.
If your purchases exceed your baggage allowance you'll be interested to know that Continental Airlines have appointed Ward Aviation Support as their official cargo agents. Ward's are situated within the BIA complex, and although you are advised to pre-book your cargo, you can by prior arrangement, deliver your goods to them immediately before checking in for your return flight to Newark, but please allow extra time for doing this. When dropping your goods off at Ward's please ensure that you have invoices for your purchases, or a detailed manifest to ensure that they can complete the required documentation on your behalf. Package size restrictions are very good, currently with a maximum weight per package of 45 kilos and maximum sizes of 139cm (54 inches) x 101cm (39inches). PLEASE NOTE: Maximum weights and sizes may vary, please check for the latest update. Further information and contact details available on the Ward Aviation Support web site. |
